Jacques Hoon

SAP Finance & EDI Solutions Architect

Jacques is a CA(SA) and has been a consultant for more than 15 years. Jacques is certified in SAP Financials & Controlling and SAP Business Intelligence. He has extensive experience in a number of industries, including retail, mining and mobile telecommunications. Jacques has performed the role of SAP finance team lead and solutions architect on a number of full project lifecycle implementations. He designed the Supplier Statement Reconciliation™ (SSR™) add-on which is licensed to a number of SAP customers. Jacques’ key strength is his ability to evaluate complex business problems, to identify possible risk areas and to propose and implement practical solutions that add value to an organisation. He has a strong business process background, and can successfully translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Elred Lawrence

EDI Solutions and Business Process Consultant

Elred holds an MBA and an Honours Degree in Information Systems. Elred has 35 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Systems across a variety of roles and functions. He has worked in the petroleum, manufacturing and retail industries. Elred’s key strength is the ability to identify and understand business issues and to match those with the most appropriate technology solution. As such he envisioned, architected and led the implementation of an extensive EDI platform for a prominent South African retailer.

Ingrid Jarvis

SAP Finance & EDI Functional Consultant

Ingrid is a Professional Accountant (SAIPA) and Tax Practitioner and has been involved in accounting, tax and SAP consulting in South Africa and Europe for 20 years. Ingrid is certified in SAP Financials & Controlling, has extensive experience in the SAP Retail environment and performed the roles of SAP finance team lead and SAP EDI functional consultant. Ingrid can successfully analyse, identify and understand business needs as well as evaluate the associated risks and translate these needs into functional requirements. Ingrid has excellent communication and time management skills, the ability to interact with people at all levels and attention to detail. She works extremely well under pressure and is assertive, persistent, accurate and versatile.

Shaheed Kariel

SAP PI & EDI Technical Consultant

Shaheed is an Electrical Engineer by profession and has been involved in the IT industry in Southern Africa and the United Kingdom for more than 14 years. Shaheed is familiar with a number of hardware platforms and operating systems, and proficient in Cobol and C/C++ programming languages. He has extensive experience with web and web services technologies such as HTTP, HTML, VBScript, Jscript, SOAP and XML, and EDI standards such as GS1. He also has extensive SAP integration experience, particularly in SAP Retail and performed the roles of SAP data analyst, SAP EDI functional and SAP XI/PI developer. Shaheed has strong analytical skills and has a natural ability to master various technologies.

Mavonine Bantom

SAP EDI Implementation Analyst

Mavonine holds a diploma in Project Administration and has extensive experience in accounting and administration. Mavonine has been involved with SAP for almost 7 years and is familiar with all processes in the purchase-to-pay cycle and the related EDI documents, including orders, credit notes, remittances and statements. As a SAP EDI implementation analyst, Mavonine has been responsible for all aspects of EDI trade partner take-on, including initial communication, project management, configuration, testing, master data alignment, go-live and post go-live support. Mavonine has excellent communication skills and performs well under pressure. She is pro-active, organised, driven and diligent with a can-do attitude, always aiming to meet and exceed client expectations. Her key strength is her logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
